The Process
01. Book your digital consultation
Book your consultation here to get started. Before your consultation, you will fill out a short questionnaire. Our approach ensures that we’re aligned with your vision from the beginning.
02. Digital consultation with our curators
We gain a comprehensive understanding of the concept and scope of your event. Then we develop The Mood, crafting a detailed Moodboard that elevates your vision. We invite you to select the category for each Moodboard.
03. Receive your Moodboards
The Mood Curators present bespoke Moodboards of your choosing, expertly tailored for your event within two weeks of your consultation.
04. Vendor proposal & introductions [optional]
We provide you a curated list of vendors and offer insights into their fees, experience and expertise. We then connect you with the contacts of your choice, ensuring your smooth and streamlined transition into the actual event planning.
05. Book focused consultations [optional]
After the initial mood board is finished, we continue supporting you through consultations focused on specific elements of your event. From outfit styling to tableware, we create a detailed vision to ensure seamless and considered event planning.
